Could be awesome with a little TLC
This spot has potential! The in-room breakfast in a basket was cute, but the cleanliness was a letdown—found long black hairs everywhere, and neither of us has black hair! The outside area needs a good clean-up. just some simple care would improve the vibe a lot. Comfy beds though, so it wasn't all bad.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautifully prepared meals and unwinding with the soothing massages at the spa. The gardens were a real treat, and it was so nice to stroll around and soak in the nature. The only downside was the limited gluten-free breakfast options, but overall, we had a lovely experience! 🌿

The stay included a very scenic view from the room, enhancing the overall experience. Enjoying the fresh French patisseries was a delightful addition to our mornings. the request sheet for breakfast could be clearer, as we relied on a scrap of paper to note our choices. While it was peaceful and relaxing, the lack of clarity in the breakfast ordering process impacted our experience slightly.

Just a solid selection for a brief sojourn in Canterbury with outstanding value for money. The room had a nice view that I enjoyed each morning. Make sure to ask for additional milk for your coffee as it wasn't restocked on the second day.
